It adopts microcomputer control, standard rated pressure air pump to control the pressure, and PLC programming to adjust the leak detection time, which is convenient and fast. The pressure and time have been set or can be adjusted freely. When the leak detection is finished, it will stop working automatically, and the leak detection timing indicator will be off automatically. According to the requirements of different endoscopic manufacturers, different silica gel pipes can be selected to ensure the leak tightness and accuracy, and to protect the wide applicability of leak detection instruments.

Operating instructions:

A. First of all, equipment preparation (leak detector, cold light source, plate with clear water);

B. Plug in the power supply of the leakage tester, turn on the power switch on the panel of the leakage tester, and the power indicator light is on; at this time, the device remains powered on;

C. Connect one end of the leak detection connecting pipe of the endoscope leak detector to the leak detector, and the other end to the leak detection head of the endoscope (the leak detection joint is removed from the leak detection device provided by the endoscope manufacturer), press the gap against each other, rotate it in place, and confirm whether it is well connected. The electronic mirror shall be equipped with a water-proof cap.

D. Press the start button to observe whether the curved rubber part of the endoscope expands after inflation; if it expands, it initially indicates that the endoscope is not damaged; if the rubber does not expand and there is a "chirp" sound, it preliminarily judges the water leakage.

E. Put the whole endoscope into the water, bend in the water, and carefully observe the set detection time. If there is blister in the pipe, it means that the endoscope leaks water. Please take the endoscope out of the water immediately and contact the endoscope maintenance station.

F. If there is no blister, take the whole endoscope out of the water. After the endoscope is taken out of the water, dry the mirror body with a dry cloth, blow away the water with a high-pressure air gun, turn off the power supply of the light source, wait for the air of the endoscope to overflow and discharge slowly, and the rubber is completely restored. Then unscrew the leakage valve, pull out the plug of the leakage detector, and blow the endoscope dry thoroughly.
